Working Conditions

* Printing work to the tenant, assembly and disassembly work will belong to the administration.

* The administration by the lessee after visual confirmation printing work will be done.

* Amount of hire % place up to 50 will be determined by the administration.

* Multiple Leases around the promenade and pier The rental amount will not exceed % 50 for the furniture available.

* Advertisement Tax shall be the responsibility of the tenant.

* By presenting any of the power of attorney / agreement / contract between the tenant and the agency it has contracted with will be able to continue leasing transactions with the agency.
